《Shipping Policy》

1.Morisawa Trading Limited only supports Cash on delivery(Hong Kong/TaiWan/Macau).

2.International delivery uses EMS service.

*Please ignore the free delivery at website.

 

《International Shipping》

Air freight service: (package weight/size + fuel fee)*handling fee 3%

*Delivery service by local air freight (Japan/Hong Kong/UK) (depending on product availability)

*Weight > total package size (fees will be calculated by weight)

*Total package size > weight (fee will be calculated by size) 

 

《Refund Policy》

1. After finished the order, we cannot cancel or change the order.

2. The delivery takes 2-21 days, we do not accept it as a refund reason.

3. For out of stock, refund will be caused.

4. all stocks will be checked before delivery. If there had any damages when checking, we will inform customers and fully refund for the bill.

5. After service providers of delivery collected the stock, we do not accept any request for refunding. If you find damaged stock(s), please contact the local delivery service provider on the damaged issues. And claimed for the compensation. (apply to local and worldwide orders)

6. International shipping: Customers need to pay for the shipping fee by their own. Morisawa.mall will send email to collect the shipping fee. If customers do not finish the order within or on the 30th days. We will treat as overdue orders. All collected payment and fee will not be refund.
