Q:How many days does it usually take for the order to arrive?
Since the products are shipped from different countries, the delivery time may vary (generally about 7-21 working days). The following factors may affect the delivery time holiday periods, weather conditions, supplier delays, and the geographical source of the products.

Q:What should I do if I receive a damaged or broken item?
We will inspect the product and take photos as evidence, ensuring that we use ample packaging to avoid damage and protect the product. In very rare cases, items may be damaged or broken during shipping. For packages shipped internationally, insurance is included in the service. Please contact our customer service team and provide your order details, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Q:Can I cancel an order?
We do not accept order cancellations for any reason unless the product is found to be defective or out of stock after our inspection.

Q:Can I receive a receipt?
We only provide electronic receipts. If customers require a physical receipt, please contact us in advance to inform us.

Q:Can I purchase a large quantity of specific stock items?
This is almost possible, with just a slight delay. Please contact us or send an email to morisawa.trading@gmail.com to discuss the items you need. We will then find out as soon as possible whether we can fulfill the order and how long it may take.
